I assist four Project Managers working on subdividing property from Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and the Waikato. Consistently in communication with six Councils requesting property information, organising meetings, Resource Consent applications, consent applications and certifications on completion of the subdivisions. Each project requires quotes for power, telecommunications and construction where I have formed relationships with a number of providers and companies. I am consistently improving the processes and documentation while improving the overall outcomes for our clients.

Assisted senior students transferring into tertiary education and the work force, helping them select the correct career path for their immediate future. I organised and facilitated career events consisting of a biennual Careers Expo and alternate years a Science & Technology Expo. I organised work experience, internal & external courses and lunchtime presentations for students as well as assisted them with scholarship applications. Another major part of my role was keeping three databases up-to-date and the day to day running of the ever growing Transition Department.

After leaving Ernst & Young in 1993 to have children Ernst & Young kept me on as a Temp. Employment involved data entry, work overflow and when Secretary's or Personal Assistants went on extended leave I filled in for them in the Wellington office.

Managed the administration of produce sales, invoicing, contracts, endorsements, databases and product shipment. Organized courses for clients and issuing of updated versions of products. Also organized travel bookings for staff both nationally and internationally. All other standard office duties were also included in this role.

This was a new role so had to set up the filing system (coda file) for the Wellington office. The role also included reception work, travel bookings, data entry, set up presentations, word processing, manage petty cash and filing. The Company opened an Auckland office and I traveled to assist with the office set up and later when there was an overflow of work.
