COMPANY OVERVIEWInforma is one of the world’s leading knowledge providersMain Duties & Responsibilities:•Salesforce support including creating users, monitoring Access Levels, running Deduplication Tools and data cleansing.•Providing excellent customer service to the application users, stakeholders and sponsors of the systems.•Responding to support queries within agreed SLAs, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating to the Sales Developers where necessary.•Producing regular and ad hoc reports in Salesforce to agreed timescales as required.•Creating new and maintaining existing Dashboards in Salesforce•Standard and Custom Objects - Customization of standard objects, Custom object design / creation, Field level in Salesforce•Customization of page layouts and record types in Salesforce.•Working with backend systems integration and Data Warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows.•Building and maintaining workflow processes to ensure maximum engagement and adoption.•Coordinating across multiple support teams for web site, system integrations, data quality, when the incident relates to non-salesforce components•Supporting the rollout of new functionality with associated training and support materials.•Determining new requirements from user feedback and working with the technical support team to help implement these.
