Hello, I am Chia-Chen (Patrick) Yang.Presently, I am Fresh Graduate with a Master’s Degree in Finance from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Prior to my enrollment, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Boston University on September of 2019. Hence, by enrolling at the Graduate Institute of Finance, I have continued to pursue my unwavering interest in working within the financial-related industry for the foreseeable future. One may certainly say that family is the most valuable asset an individual can have in their possession. By holding dear the family values, I have constructed my professional skills around such values in being passionate about work, responsible in attitude, and keen on observation.Perhaps the most profound display of such passion is during my two-month tenure as a Finance Intern at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. In those two months, I have realized the exact meaning of grit and perseverance. Working within a demanding and accelerating schedule to deliver both quality and efficiency, an individual must always be in one’s very best condition. Absorbing new knowledge I have yet to understand, based on my inherent knowledge, enables personal growth under pressure and further elevates my skills to a profound standing. In all honesty, reminiscing about those two months, I have reached a firm conclusion on committing to work within the financial-related industry for the foreseeable future. By embodying the necessary grit, perseverance, and passion, I remain excited of what comes soon. I hope to bring such passion, experience, and attitude to work at any opportunity I may find.
