I am a Customer Experience Impact Manager who grew up professionally in leading consulting and multinational companies. I have developed the ability to work in companies with extensive and holistic business models (manufacturing, sales, services and rental).I have learned about the B2B customer and the importance of mapping and anticipating their needs as a driver of competitive gain. Thinking that the Customer Experience will be more and more an integral part of companies’ value proposition and working for the implementation of the new Hilti Group Strategy “Lead 2030” I coordinate the new Experience Program for the Region Southern Europe defining the initiatives governance and ensuring that regional functional initiatives have clear lead, prioritization and resources. Being final responsible for the implementation and utilization of a Customer Experience Measurement Program, I identify key pain points for our customers bringing them to the attention of responsible functions and managers. I am part of the Hilti Global Customer Experience Community exchanging with my counterparts information on global initiatives coming and sharing feedbacks.
