As a Sourcer, I support Guild’s initiatives & goals around inclusive, diverse, and representative hiring. Sourcers play an integral role of diversifying candidate pipelines by actively sourcing & accelerating the flow of competency-aligned candidates into the top of hiring pipelines. More specifically, I collaborate closely with recruiters & hiring managers to understand & source for ideal candidate profiles, conduct outreach & initial screens, and support the candidate experience.My responsibilities include:- Building candidate pipelines for both unique and evergreen roles to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process- Aiding in building world-class teams, with representative talent - Developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, partnering with recruiters and analyzing role requirements to determine target candidate profile needs- Conducting initial phone screens for candidates and advocating on their behalf to Recruiters and Hiring Managers- Maintaining a network of potential candidates through thoughtful engagement practices, building candidate rapport through trust, and acting as a candidate advisor throughout the recruitment process- Contributing to the knowledge building of the external competitive landscape & staying abreast of sourcing industry trends, methodologies, & techniques (including AI & automation)- Leveraging tools such as GreenHouse, GEM, LinkedIn Recruiting, Calendly and SeekOut to source, schedule and contact product and software engineering candidates

Kforce is a staffing services and solutions firm that specializes in uniting flexible and direct hire professionals in Technology and Finance & Accounting, creating lasting personal relationships with over 36,000 candidates annually with more than 4,000 customers.- I source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence ad searches, career fairs, internet research and direct contact.- Coordinate interview and follow up activities.- As the candidate advocate, I guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.- I facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.- Manage consultants while on assignment and facilitate redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion.- I connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
