I am the Senior Director of Employer Partner Services at Guild, leading our team which partners with enterprise clients to offer education and upskilling as a benefit to their employees. I was previously an Associate Partner in McKinsey's Marketing & Sales Practice where I advised B2B software clients on a variety of go-to-market topics, including large-scale sales transformations, lead generation, go-to-market strategy, and channel/partnerships programs. Prior to my work at McKinsey, I held roles in Customer Success, Account Management, and Program Management at Mattersight, a SaaS company that specializes in customer experience analytics. I received my MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with an emphasis on Marketing and Strategy, and a BA from Northwestern University with a double major in Economics and International Studies.
