•Responsible for all HR, benefits and payroll functions•Manage monthly payroll process, administrate 401(k) plan and maintain record•Maintaining HR files and database, coordinate, manage and track all types of leave•Handle new employee on-boarding and enrollment into company benefit plans•Handle employee terminations- final paycheck calculation and processing•Conduct health insurance and benefits open enrollment meetings•Compare, select and renew the health insurance plan•Plan HR policies, ensure HR policies are in compliance with labor laws•Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assist H1B application for employees•Manage schedules, organized office functions and oversaw daily operations•Liaise with contractors, vendors, service providers
