Koita Foundation is a not-for-profit organization founded by Rizwan Koita and Rekha Koita. KF is working on multiple Digital Health initiatives for India. I am working closely with the Government of India and State Governments on multiple digital health initiatives at population scale. Worked with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) to build the first-ever Digital Health Foundation Course in India. I lead product marketing & sales for all CitiusTech products in the value-based care, healthcare analytics and the regulatory space. My primary goal was to ensure that CitiusTech platforms are known in the US market. To make this happen, we experimented with several marketing models to identify an optimal mix of what works for us. I also worked on leveraging existing engagements and exploring incremental areas that add value to customers, thus identifying tangible sales opportunities for CitiusTech.

I managed a multi-million dollar engagement with a Fortune 500 customer of CitiusTech in the healthcare diagnostics space. My role quickly expanded and I was handed over the responsibility of owning the end to end solution experience for the customer as well as manage account based sales opportunities. - As Program Manager, I delivered on several high-quality, on-budget, on-time projects that positively impacted millions of patient lives. - As Solution Owner, I owned the CitiusTech product experience at customer site and thought ahead, addressed customer's technical and functional needs proactively before the customer pointed them out to me.- As Account Sales Executive, I created value for the customer and increased revenue for CitiusTech by identifying incremental opportunities of engagement. During my tenure, I was able to not only bring a troubled engagement back on track while recording highest Customer Satisfaction scores possible, but also register significant growth in business (YoY) for CitiusTech.

This was my first stint in the US. I was Technical Product Manager on multiple product initiatives across desktop and mobile for a Electronic Health Record with a strong focus on dialysis workflows. I ran usability studies, rounded with physicians, spoke to physician assistants, wrote a ton of user stories and worked with design teams to release cool products and features the agile way. Mantra here was always be shipping!- Meaningful Use Phase 1 and 2 projects - HL7 CCDA, Transition of Care, Electronic Prescription of Controlled Substances, DIRECT and more - Hospital Charge Capture app (Android and iOS)- Order signing app (Android and iOS)

The project involved interfacing between the point of care, point of sale and the pharmacy management system. Worked on developing the application in Microsoft DotNet framework.
