My current role is to establish the US commercial organization to bring the first continuous, sub-scalp, EEG Monitoring system to the US market. I will be responsible for leading the early growth requirements that will include establishing the marketing, sales, and reimbursement strategy as well as the downstream execution for this groundbreaking technology to help patients who may be suffering from epilepsy. There are few long term monitoring modalities in this area of healthcare and we look forward to partnering with world leading epileptologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and advanced practitioners who treat and manage patients with epilepsy.

Responsible for leading the reimbursement and market access strategy and execution for a novel therapeutic approach to chronic low back pain using neurostimulation technology called ReActiv8.

Leading and developing the reimbursement and market access strategy for the impending FDA approval of the first long term implantable continuous glucose monitoring system in the US market while reshaping the CGM landscape with an office based physician procedure. We plan to leverage this novel technology to create consistent and actionable data sets that will further establish the value of CGM in the diabetes care arena.

Responsible for developing and executing reimbursement and market access strategy for Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure Disease Management Diagnostics portfolio. Engaging private and government payers to negotiate contracts and develop reimbursement structures that meet the demands of new health care environment while leveraging Medtronic's cardiac portfolio for improved value to the economic stakeholder.

Responsible for managing ~$200MM of contracts for Medtronic with the three largest payers in the US, United Health Care, Aetna, and Cigna.
