I’m a junior at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance and business analytics as well as a minor in statistics. My values of leadership and collaboration have greatly influenced my experiences within my career pathNow at Indiana University, I continue to actively pursue these interests through different organizations such as the Chinese Business Association in which I am the Vice President of Human Resources. Through effective communication and teamwork, we coordinated and managed all events in the aspects of logistics, promotion, and execution while ensuring that everyone’s contributions were valued and appreciated. By fostering a positive and inclusive environment. We were able to create a comforting atmosphere for all members to work to their fullest potential.I hope to also soon find an internship opportunity for me to put these skills to use as well while simultaneously improving my analytical and programming skills. By combining my leadership abilities with technical skills, I believe I can bring a new and unique perspective to the workplace. In this internship, I aim to not only strengthen my leadership qualities but also develop proficiency in data analysis and programming. I am excited to explore new technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and take on challenging projects that will further enhance my skill set!
