I have experience coaching all levels from middle management up to senior executives helping them achieve their chosen goals.I am also an experienced facilitator working with business and leaders to help develop better-functioning teams as well as cross-functional working. Recently started working as a Guide for Chief facilitating C suite women's groups.I have had over 20 years experience as an HR Manager in the Retail, Publishing, Automotive, Telecoms and the Franchising industries where I supported teams and individuals through times of change and growth.I have also been Director of Coldpress Foods ltd since it launched in 2011. The brand has won numerous awards in including Foodbev.com best innovator award, The Grocer best new adult drink (Pink Lady Apple) and in 2016 Best International FMCG by the leading French trade magazine LSA.
