• Setting up and supporting the HR function including contracts of employment, policies and procedures (including Workplace Safety), attraction and selection practices and providing HR expertise and support for employees.
• Driving and promoting product in sampling demonstrations and Expo’s to generate brand awareness and genuine interest in our products core differentiation of being un-pasteurised.
• Providing strategic direction to a third party sales team, Friiesland Campina. This enabled a more focused approach and clarity in positioning Coldpress juices to future clients, and enabled the brand to be perceived.

• All staff across the Foundation had current employment contracts.
• All employee files were up to date.
• Designed and implemented the Attraction and Selection process for new staff. I introduced candidate profiling – Harrisons Innerview into the process and it improved our success of hiring and retaining our staff.
• Ensured that they Workplace Safety (OH&S) policies, procedures and practices were up to date and aligned with state and federal legislation
• Introduced a bi-annual performance appraisal period to support open dialogue and opportunities for both managers and direct reports to discuss progress and career management opportunities
• Established a performance management framework to ensure that all management were trained on how to engage in the process if and when required, and that employees understood how the process was to enable better.
