Working on behalf of Hoist, supporting the Outsource Relationship Manager, I contribute to maximising the collections and income from the Hoist portfolios. I provide administrative support and build and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities include: • Act as the point of contact between Hoist, Clients and chosen outsource partners. • Manage requests from external DCA'S (Debt Collection Agencies), including recording all requests on to a spreadsheet, requesting documents from clients, responding to DCA's, scanning and sending out any copies received all within agreed timescales. • Deal with all queries and/or complaints from customers/vulnerable customers• Advise on and organise refund requests on outsourced accounts.• Organise and forward any correspondence / emails received on outsourced accounts. • Liaise with other departments such as trace and compliance where necessary and ensure all relevant parties are informed of a complaint or mistrace or SARS request etc. • Answer all calls from DCA's and clients on behalf of Hoist and deal promptly with their query or request. • Action and handle CRA (Credit Reference Agencies) queries liaising with relevant parties to resolve. • Proactively work towards all targets set. • Work as part of a flexible team performing other reasonable tasks as requested by a manager.• Lead by example, be professional at all times and adhere to all company procedures and policies, taking into account the wider implications of decisions and actions against the business and others.

Employed within a full 360 Recruitment role at Nixor Resource Consulting, the High Demand Recruitment specialists. I joined Nixor on their Contract division, placing multiple IT contractors in roles across the UK. This role required strict time management and organisation as well as an in-depth knowledge of different IT systems. I then moved onto a permanent desk so I have experience on both sides. This role required me to build rapport and long term relationships with candidates in order to find them their dream permanent job. Recruitment is an extremely target-driven industry and therefore has taught me lots of invaluable skills that will stay with me for life. Responsibilities include:• Candidate Qualification and Lead Generation• Sales calls to prospective clients, establishing relationships within my market. • Working to KPI's and targets pledged at the start of every day.• Attended an average of 2 meetings a month with both new and existing clients • Full candidate and client control through the entire recruitment process.• Gaining exclusivity on requirements through selling the benefits.• Rate Negotiation - Selling the benefits of working towards a 'High Demand Process'​ and educating clients on why they pay us what we charge • Process once role requirement is won - Advert, Mailshot, Speak to candidates both active and passive, LinkedIn status.• Management of my desk - working multiple roles at one time requires excellent time management and organisation skills.

Within Scream Management I was a member of the 'Spotlight' agency and have gained valuable experience through countless auditions and hours of extra work i.e. BBC's 'Waterloo Road' and Channel 4's 'Hollyoaks.' This shows that I am a team player and can react sharply to instruction. I have needed to communicate with people of a varied status of which I am now at ease with.
