I am a medical student at The University of Central Lancashire with experience training as a surgical neurophysiologist with Inomed Neurocare UK. I have a keen interest in Expedition and Event medicine.I graduated from The University of Manchester in 2021, with a degree in Neuroscience (BSc Hons). Whilst at university I was the 1XI field hockey captain, sponsorship secretary, athletic union mental health and well-fare officer, a domiciliary carer during the COVID-19 pandemic and achieved the gold leadership award for recognition of over 100 hours of volunteering. Of which, I was a mental health volunteer with SLV. global in Sri Lanka during the summer of 2018 and was recognised for my commitment to sport at university, earning a place on The University of Manchester XXI Club. Alongside work, I remain a passionate hockey player and sports women.
