• Supply Planning: Working with multiple European co-packers to manage the production of key SKUs on a global scale for markets including the UK, France and the US.• NPD: Took the lead to manage the launches of 15 new SKUs across ambient and chilled supply chains. This involved agreeing and implementing new and efficient processes with new manufacturers, as well as creating new co-packer specific production scheduling files and raw material usage trackers to ensure the effective management of lead times and capacity availability. • Procurement: In charge of planning and effecting the procurement of raw materials for production from both third party factories at source and external suppliers, whilst also tracking and managing stock levels to limit excess storage costs. This also involved managing the transition to the use of new raw materials in existing products whilst limiting obsolete stocks of old raw materials.• Inventory Management: Maintaining a healthy level of finished goods stock across all lines with varying shelf lives to enable us to deliver on forecasted sales volumes across different markets, whilst managing potential inventory obsolescence and minimising write off costs.• Reporting: Created a number of weekly reports including a Days on Hand report for finished goods across all of our UK warehouses; Customer Forecast report to track internal forecasts vs. the top 5 chilled customer’s forecasts and a Promotional Tracker to ensure that we could plan for spikes in order volumes. • SAP: Managed period end reconciliations of stock against warehouse counts across all raw materials, packaging and finished good SKUs. This required liaising closely with our co-packers and warehouses to make sure we receive timely and accurate stock, production and wastage reports.• Driving Cost Efficiencies: Proactively identified, developed short and longer-term strategies and initiatives to reduce COGS & logistics costs.

• Performance Reporting: Developed a new set of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports distributed to the business much faster and more frequently. This helped to increase visibility and provide comparative analysis vs. budget and forecasts at both customer and SKU level down to gross margin.• Dispute Management: Responsible for implementing the dispute process of monitoring incorrect shortage and price claims received from customers. This resulted in a reduction of unresolved claims of 52% in 2016 vs. 2015, and thus helped to improve gross margin.• EDI Order Processing: Managing the maintenance and development of our EDI system, ensuring the smooth running of all connections with warehouses/customers across both the chilled and ambient network. • Accrual Management: Greatly improved the accuracy of the accruals process for customer spend by applying triggers, redemptions, and promo periods to the actual sales rather than forecasted sales. This significantly improved the ability to track customer spend within the P&L and allowed account managers to make better informed decisions when planning spend for the year to go.• Aged Debt Management: Implementing processes for tracking, recording and reporting aged debt on an ongoing basis. This has allowed the business to effectively manage cash flow whilst also reducing the average number of days for customers to pay.
