A seasonal position to support the increased demand of shipping containers of pipfruit both domestically and internationally mainly focusing on Europe and the UK. There I would liaise with planners and coolstores to send orders and maximise proficiency. Three times a year I would order out 2500 pallets to load on apple charter to send internationally.

When I started at Davis Food Ingredients I was given a very small customer base of cafes, resturants and bars that were producing monthly sales of around $30000 by the end I had sales up to $200000. I also worked with a few chain stores. In particular a new chain that started at one store and grew dramatically. At Hubbard foods I was in charge of checking all the raw materials when they come in and dealing with any problems that may arise from these ingredients. I therefore work quite closely with suppliers which I thoroughly enjoy. I also had a few projects, the last being a cleaning project to bring all the cleaning standards up to 5S.
