Hello, I'm Chloey Loman, a current Sales Engineer at UiPathIn December 2018 I graduated from the Kelley School of Business and have been enjoying my time in tech as a Solutions Engineer and Implementation Partner ever since. During my time in college, however, I studied accounting, technology management, and business analytics with a minor in Spanish. Additionally, I pursued extensive marketing studies. To say that I love learning and growing is an understatement.I enjoy nothing more than learning- about people, places, and the most random things in the world. Everything intersects at some of the most interesting places, and I like discovering where those are. I also love seeing others thrive and helping those who don't yet see the greatness they have in themselves to find it. Fortunately I have best been able to put my learning to use and meet tons of new people while traveling to Costa Rica to explore social ventures, and to Europe (mainly Spain) to learn about different lifestyles and ways of doing business. I want to explore more into the business world and see what other boundaries I can stretch to make others see that business isn't as boring as it seems at first, and that it can in fact be something extraordinary. I create unorthodox business cards, PowerPoints, boards, and more to demonstrate this, and my marketing classes and love of design come largely into play in this aspect. Playing with the technical and analytical sides have already been proving quite useful in my new role at Salesforce.Outside of business, you will most likely see me spending my time with animals (shoutout to the Wetland and Wildlife Center), volunteering, cooking vegan dishes, finding something new to learn, or hanging with friends.One of the last things I'll say is that although I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am, it has also taken some luck. Whether it's the people I've met, the pets I've had, or the opportunities that I've had, luck has definitely played a role. That said, I always try my best to be the little bit of luck in peoples' lives when I can. It's why I often go out of my way for others (humans and animals), because many have done it for me as well. The smallest thing can set someone's life on an amazing trajectory and I wish we'd all try to be the lucky part of someone else's life.
