I am a non-profit professional with almost two decades of experience in grassroots organizing, fundraising, communications, volunteer management and brand marketing. Additional strengths include creativity, innovation, writing, relationship building, proactive thinking, and the ability to roll with the punches. My college and early professional years were spent in political grassroots organizing. Seizing upon the opportunity to to be part of the change I wanted to see in the community, I moved to the non-profit sector in 2001. In that time, I have presided over staffs of 25, the founding and leading of a non-profit organization, a merger and transition between non-profits, and two major branding campaigns. I have enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the two great social passions of my life - advancing fatherhood and ending poverty and homelessness. I now have the honor to serve as the Director of Advancement of Partners In Housing, an Indianapolis agency with the mission of providing housing to people most in need of a stable place to live, while giving them support and a chance to reach their highest level of self-sufficiency.In my personal life, I love spending time with my amazing wife, two perfect little men and two needy dogs. I'm an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Volunteers (lived in Knoxville, TN until 1991), reading, traveling, craft beer, and All-Things-Geek.
