Accomplishments: • Drove initiative to convert monolithic Warehouse Management System to MSA in order to meet the rapid growth of Coupang, where the daily unit volume grew 10X during this span. • Scaled data science optimization solutions for warehouse picking, delivery truck parcel loading and delivery routing.• Launched Coupang Fresh online grocery• Delivered critical labor features at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic to enable business continuity e.g. - reduce potential spread of the virus and avoid facility shutdowns • Led key engineering initiative to launch Quick Commerce in Japan and Taiwan.
