Assisted the Vineyard Manager in all areas of vineyard operation which included, the management of all off shore labour, in addition to the maintenence and operation of vineyard equipment.

Saint Catharines, Ontario

Monitored for 8 different growers in Niagara-On-The-Lake, accounting for a total of 1000 acres of vineyards. Monitoring for disease and insect pressure as well as drought and nutrition deficiencies. Provided growers with daily reports to ensure that disease and insect pressure was kept at economicaly acceptable levels.

Toronto, Canada Area

Oversaw all front of house positions at both Jump and Luma restaurants in Toronto. I specialized in wine service at both restaurants, mainly food pairings and maintaining proper inventory levels in the wine cellar.

Hobart, Tasmania

Assisted the winemaker in all aspects of production. Heavily involved in all Lab analysis, blending trials, wine filtration, outside sales and winery development of the new facility.

Osoyoos, British Columbia

Heavily involved in all aspects of vintage. In charge of red fermentation cellar as well as winery lab work.

Mclaren Vale, South Australia

Assisted both winemakers in all aspects of the winemaking process. Gained a true understanding of reductive winemaking techniques.

In charge of operating the press house during the night shift. Heavily involved in dumping grape bins, filling presses, emptying rotary fermenters.

In my position I performed almost every role in the business. I worked in the vineyard, cellar, bottled, worked in the tasting room, and also prepared food and served at the Verandah Restaurant.

As a driver in Volkswagen's debut for their clean diesel technology, I represented the brand on and off the track and in numerous media interviews. I was a principal character in the year end documentary shown on SPEED Channel.I had two podiums (on slicks in the rain), four top five and seven consecutive top 10 finishes and was in contention for the championship until the checkered flag in the last race of the season.

Everything to do with cellar work - This was a work term as part of my Niagara College Winery and Viticulture Diploma program.

Each year Sunoco and Ron Fellows sponsor selected kart racing champions in a Formula Ford series at the Bridgestone racing School at Mosport. I attended a competition in fall 2006 and was one of four drivers selected for a fully paid ride in the Bridgestone series.In the series I had two wins, three fast laps, four poles and five top-2's.
