Senior Graphic Designer
CurrentThe Senior Graphic Designer, Custom Publications is responsible for coordinating, conceptualizing and implementing the editorial layout and overall creative and design concepts of e.Republic's custom publications, advertorials, white papers, supplements, infographics (from the Content Studio), as well as help on overflow work from Marketing/ Media jobs. The Senior Graphic Designer, Custom Publications reports to the Chief Design Officer and takes design direction from the Chief Design Officer, and as needed, from the Managing Editor of the Content Studio. They will receive jobs from the Production Director and either take them on or assign them to an available Graphic Designer. They will act as the first stage of quality control for jobs assigned by the Production Director with guidance as needed from the Chief Design Officer.Work with all elements of graphic design in creating the layout (i.e., photo selection, cropping and manipulation, creating or implementing customized illustrations or photo collages as appropriate, stylizing typography for headlines, etc.) Preparing pdf files of all approved layouts for Production Manager.Proficient in:• Creative Suite Cloud• Adobe Acrobat• Microsoft Office
