Collects all information listed in the project risk review assessment, gets input from all stakeholders, assists management in assessing project risk by reviewing contracts and ensure that all contracts comply with the company’s policies including the approval authority matrix, provides advice and issues requests for contract amendments to operational management, ensures that the contract is executed according to the terms & conditions. Follow up on contractual stages, monitor contract “life” from planning stage to final payment and reports on status or issues to stakeholders. Works with customers, State Farm agents, attorneys and service providers through the process of settling homeowners and other personal property claims; investigating and evaluating the facts of a claim, which includes inspecting and investigating physical property sites; evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims within authority levels; maintaining the confidentiality of claim information; use State Farm claims systems and other technologies to perform job duties; communicate with customers and associates over the telephone, in person and in written correspondence; work under management supervision with attorneys, in the defense of lawsuits and/or in the discovery and investigation process; working in a collaborative team environment to handle a large volume of claims, primarily over the telephone; providing assignment and direction to claim processors and claim service assistants; coordinating or participating in special projects.

Fully investigates and settles under direction of Claims Manager, all claims and lawsuits involving the company, arising out of death or personal injuries, property damage. Implement policies and regulations under direction of Claims Manager, and Director Claims. Cooperates and coordinates duties with claims personnel on adjacent territories, with trial counsel, physicians, division officials and other departmental personnel. Evaluates and submits recommendations for disposition of claims handled. Assists attorneys in preparation and trial of lawsuits. Evaluates and effects settlements of claims and lawsuits within proper authority. Works closely with Medical and Environmental Health in implementing and assisting rehabilitation of claimants. Also works closely with all departments in implementing BNSF's Voluntary Advancement Program. Observes and reviews potential liabilities on Company property with respective non-claims field personnel.

Completes work assignments and priorities in Workers' Compensation Case Management area for routine cases, Contributes to the management of monetary aspects of assigned claim, Manages, prepares and shares relevant information with involved parties (for example, store associates, store management, attorneys) to keep claims processing efficient and timely while maintaining Wal-Mart’s reputation, Processes associate workers' compensation cases involving minor injuries (for example, abrasions, contusions, mild strains) with minimal lost time and medical-only claims under direct supervision from team leaders.

Control and handle all security issues in 12 branches, Manages several people in compliance with local, state and federal statues, complete quarterly security audit reports, annual security training for all associates, daily monitoring of video surveillance equipment.

Keep and maintain supplies for a complete company, detailed records of equipment and personal, ordering new supplies when needed, maintain unit personnel annual training requirements, negotiated several contracts with outside vendors, set up drop zones and coordinated with multiple branches of the Armed Forces.
