I have worked as an executive in the contact services industry for more than 22 years. My area of expertise is business development, and spearheading new business initiatives. I have assisted in completing complex contract negotiations for several Fortune 50 companies. I use a very unique style, which builds strong, long-lasting relationships. For the last decade, I have had a very successful career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large contact center, in which we cultivated multinational accounts on four continents. I’m a member of several industry specific organizations including the DMA, ATA, CCNG, to name a few. I have been a lifelong New Orleanian, and have strong ties to my community and the city at large. Hobbies include golfing, boating, racquetball, football and family activities. My charities of choice are Make a Wish Foundation, Children’s Hospital, and a community Hospice organization in my area.
