Including major events and within environments with challenging operational requirements - such as schools or secure governmental facilities. Determine staffing requirements - interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Identify and assess suitable tender opportunities. Compose tender and assist with negotiation process for successful contracts. Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions. Continuing on to direct and assess those activities and communicating with other department heads as required. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. Develop, implement, train and maintain systems to improve workflow, information management, security, food safety and reduce costs.
