I am an experienced educator and entrepreneur who has had the privilege of leading innovative projects in international education. These include Australasia's first Moodle-delivered micro modules and Masters course in export education. I also initiated a national online 'Toolkit' for practitioners and educators dealing with complex intercultural dynamics. In my leadership roles I have worked extensively with government agencies and industry leaders to promote professionalism, risk mitigation and evidence-based practice in a fledgling export sector. My attributes and skills are highly relevant to organisations interested in strengthening the collegiality and cohesion of culturally diverse work environments. I am particularly interested in applying interdisciplinary insights to address issues that impede organisational innovations or efficiencies.
