Special Advantage is organization aiming to provide a smooth and fast process of providing social services to residents of the Monsey area of NY.In this role, I served as the Integrator for the Visionary/CEO of Special Advantage, which has several service divisions. These divisions had been running on the EOS® framework but had not successfully filled the crucial role of the Integrator nor had they achieved the "steady drumbeat" of the EOS® quarterly pulse. During my engagement, I helped the company restructure its teams, and also helped prepare them to find a permanent solution to their Integrator gap. When I work with a team, the goal is to develop your organization to become fully self-sufficient. Before exiting the engagement, I worked side-by-side with the new Integrator to ensure a smooth transition.

Best Mechanical Plumbing operates in all 5 boroughs of New York City & in New Jersey, working with building owners & general contractors to provide reliable, on-schedule plumbing & sprinkler installations for commercial & multi-unit residential buildings. Quix Plumbing Service provides expert plumbing repair services in the Brooklyn, Queens, & Bronx neighborhoods of New York City, working with building owners, management companies, and direct-to-customer, to provide reliable, quality, repairs in a timely, efficient manner.In this role, I served as the Integrator for the Visionary/CEO of Best Mechanical Plumbing and Quix Plumbing Service. Both of these companies had been successfully running on the EOS® framework but had not successfully filled the crucial role of the Integrator. During my engagement, I provided the companies with the processes, systems, and strategies to keep everything running smoothly, and also helped prepare them to find a permanent solution to their CFO and Integrator gaps. When I work with a team, the goal is to develop your organization to become fully self-sufficient. Before exiting the engagement, I led the newly placed Integrator and Visionary team through the Wizard of Ops® Integrator-Visionary coaching program to train the new Integrator and help the Visionary-Integrator pair build an effective working relationship.

As FitGrid's Director of Operations, I oversaw the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. FitGrid's Operations team is responsible for working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support/Success teams to develop a prioritized list of activities that align with the company's key initiatives and drive those priorities to completion in order to hit the appropriate milestones necessary to allow FitGrid to achieve our quarterly and annual goals.
