I have loved business since age 17, having first worked in my Father's service stations in London. Dad taught and mentored me in retail management and customer experience. Taking my entrepreneurial spirit in to my own hands, I co-founded a sports coaching and education enterprise that grew to be a premium brand in sports education in schools and with 15,000 member families, we sold the business in 2007 and I migrated to Sydney with my beautiful wife Lynne and our two amazing children, Mia and James. I qualified as a licensed business broker and and whilst I helped a number of owners sell their business, the reality was and still is today, that 90% of owners miss out on their opportunity to maximise the enterprise value in their business. I truly found my purpose in filling this gap, having now worked with hundreds of companies to help them simplify, clarify & achieve their vision. As a Certified EOS Implementer™️, I choose to work with entrepreneurial leadership teams to help put them in more control of their business and to increase the value of their business.
