Its headquarters are in Pleasant Hill.Presented library programming to the County Board and Library Commission for review. Served as liaison for Library Foundation and two Friends Groups. Allocated $235K in collection funds based on best practices. Developed and implemented a service plan for two branches with a total of 36 employees. Spearheaded several highly successful community outreach projects including:• Project Director for War Ink, a $400K grant project featured in Newsweek & KQED’s Forum.• Developed and oversaw contractual process for 10 vendors supporting the War Ink Project.• Project Director and Grant Writer for County Read Project.
