Chris Carlson is a Dean of Students, CSAO at Gordon College. Colleagues describe them as "Chris was the best boss I ever had. Chris always did a remarkable job managing cross functional teams on major college wide initiatives with ease. He did a phenomenal job bringing individuals together to accomplish complex goals. Chris is a fantastic administrator who would be an asset to any organization. In our four years of working together at Gordon College, Chris modeled humble leadership and added immense value to every project of which he was a part. I value Chris not only for his professional skills, but also for his good humor, genuine interest in knowing others holistically, steady demeanor, and wise counsel.
