Chris is the DE&I lead for APAC region. Chris serves as a key point of contact for Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) to the lines of business and enterprise functions. Chris consults and advises senior leadership, DE&I Council, HR partners and other key partners. Chris helps to promote alignment with the DSRI priorities, share proven practices and governance, and focus on integrating DE&I in every aspect of the business.

Chris was promoted to the global role of DE&I Advisor for Yara Farming Solutions. Chris was accountable for executing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DE&I) and Wellbeing strategies at Yara's Farming Solutions (Global).Chris built and lead a team of Employee Wellbeing and DEI specialists within Digital Ag Solutions to ensure the continuation and consistent improvement of DAS' safety, DEI and wellbeing programs.Chris also served as a DEI thought partner, examining and improving internal policies, inclusive data collection, interview processes and employee performance management, ensuring equity across all platforms, all aligned with Yara core values.
