Chris Collier is one of Cincinnati's most critically-lauded folk singer songwriters. She was a 2002 Cammy Award Winner for Best Folk Vocalist and was a Multiple Year Cincinnati Entertainment Award (CEA) Nominee for Best Singer Songwriter.Mike Breen of Cincinnati City Beat wrote, "Chris Collier's music is a testament to good songwriting, unafraid of being nakedly introspective and heart touchingly pure and real."Collier has produced seven CD's to a praiseful local press. 1992 There For Dreamin'; 1995 Further; 1998 Song Gallery; 2006 Over Twenty; 2009 The Road Home; 2011 This Is Everything; and 2013 Portraits.Collier performs regularly at College Hill Coffee Company in Cincinnati as a solo or many times as a duo accompanied by lead guitarist extraordinaire, George Cunningham. Over the years Collier performed with her Full Band on many stages and venues in the Cincinnati area. Collier recorded and produced all seven of her CDs at Group Effort Sound Studio in Erlanger, KY. She continues to write, perform, and plans for another production soon.
