§ Consider a store management position, was responsible for revenue sales of $50 million dollar retail location. My objective is to build relationship between the sales team and services teams, both in the field and in-store. Teams consisted of; Car stereo installers, Computer repair technicians, 3rd party appliance repair technicians, 3rd party delivery companies, Home Theater installers, In-home computer repair technicians. Key responsibilities were to oversee the in-store services departments, including supervisors and their teams, as well as development of those employees, ensure customers expectations were fulfilled, create incremental revenue. During the first year of this newly created position in the Fort Worth Store, revenue results showed a year over year sales growth of nearly 200%, with a margin rate slightly over 70%. With my success of this position store 176, I was asked to open a new local store, and achieved power rankings as one of the top 5 performing stores for 6 months before relocation to Arizona
