Grand Construction's primary focus is serving as owner's representative and construction manager for land development and construction projects. We have had the privilege of overseeing construction projects like the new Sporting Park Soccer Stadium (with Turner Construction), the two new Cerner office towers near the Speedway (with Dunn Construction), and a host of other great projects. Our services include everything from development services, owner's representation, design process management, construction management, and general contracting. After 24 years serving purely as a general contractor, it is a real pleasure for me to add the variety of new challenges specifically associated with development and owner's representation services.

TMG has completed nearly 100 projects for various branches of the Department of Defense all over the country, including projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force, Navy, Homeland Security and Boarder Patrol, and most recently several hospital projects for the Veterans Affairs.
