Administrative, investigative and analytical work in maintaining and building dealer and client relationships.• A point person for clients and dealers by fulfilling on-boarding requirements, responding to user problems, investigating trade issues, bond analysis, dealer/client reporting and working with application developers on system enhancements• Providing training for users on the MarketAxess software• Travelling extensively with sales team to promote trading platform• Working closely with management to ensure client services team is aligned with business goals and working efficiently

Responsible for Authorised Professional Firm's and Investment Management Firm's financial returns from receipt to case management.Contacting and building a relationship with firms in order to extract the information needed for the returns.Working closely with the static data team to ensure that company information is accurateChairing the weekly team meetings and ensuring that the teams agendas are being completedWorking with enforcement in certain cases when a firm fails to comply with the rules and regulations
