I led the team to several major policy reforms, communicated our philosophy to the general public, electoral wins, and oversaw major media campaigns. Inculcated team Principle Based Management culture and legal compliance. Collaborated with the development and organic grassroots communities to bring in new supporters.Led and guided the State teams on growing and managing volunteers and executing seamless field operations at a national level spanning across 16 different states. Spearheaded the implementation of critical initiatives and policies across the United States. Optimized State strategies in alignment with the set organizational goals and meticulously engaged on grassroots levels. Developed a transformative ground operations campaign that would establish a long-term infrastructure for Concerned Veterans for America policy initiatives and activists by emphasizing door knocking, technological sophistication and data-driven decision making. I was principle developer of the vision and execution for this statewide ground plan from start to finish.

Rendered professional military funeral honors, in accordance with service tradition, to all eligible veterans when requested by an authorized family member. Coordinated with local funeral homes and communities for all honor guard details in Eastern Montana. Recruited, trained, and certified all Soldiers within my geography to perform military honors to the highest standard.

The youngest Soldier in Montana to complete the Honor Guard Master Trainer course at 19 years old. Successfully designed and built the State training program for all members of the Honor Guard in Montana. Kept track of all Soldiers across the State and trained new Soldiers to become trainers. Worked with Honor Guard NCOICs across Montana to tailor their training programs to the specific needs of their areas. Trained and certified new honor guard personnel in Montana and North Dakota.Assisted in a National Honor Guard competition in Fort Snellings, Minn, grading on everything from a three-soldier modified honor ceremony up to and including a full honors ceremony with pallbearers, firing party and TAPS.
