Payload test lead on a commercial program. Worked with a variety of test equipment, authored test procedures and represented the group at various meetings.Command and Data Handling (C&DH): Supported Orbital Sciences' COTS program by performed a verity of Worst Case Circuit Analyses (WCCA) on Cygnus avionic units ranging from Extreme Value Analysis (EVA) to digital circuit timing analysis. Assisted in a number of controlled experiments in support of a highly complex and high profile failure investigation. Gained a working level knowledge of Electrical Engineering tools such as PSpice and Timing Designer.Thermal Engineering: Performed detailed thermal analysis on a STAR-2 SATCOM spacecraft as well as on specific components and instruments using the Thermal Desktop analysis program. Documented and presented the results of analysis for both internal and external customers.Capping the program by accepting a 1 year assignment to work in the Corporate Strategy and Development office working directly with company leaders to imagine and implement the future. This assignment offered first-hand experience in providing executive leadership with needed information in a timely and digestible way to support corporate decision making.
