Provide excellent purchasing/inventory support to the Maintenance Team in the plant. Support provided through:·Validate, create and issue accurate purchase orders for stock and non-stock material.·Source vendors for best price and availability through various methods including but not restricted to web based sourcing.Verify vendor invoices are accurate, and contact vendors regarding any discrepancies. Expedite orders and process return authorizations if necessary. Meet with vendors to check out sales, products, prices, etc. Verify and code all invoices prior to transferring to accounts payable. Maintain inventory on a regular basis, cycle counts, shortages, etc. Receive product that has been ordered and ensure correct product has been shipped. Adjust inventory records, create inventory records, delete inventory records. Run weekly maintenance work orders and distribute to maintenance team. Close maintenance work orders when jobs have been completed.

Provide superior post-sales process support for the IT Resale Product Portfolio. Maintain integrity and efficiencies in the processing and management of daily orders supporting all sales channels at a national level. Support provided through:·Validate, create and issue accurate purchase order in a timely manner.·Source vendors for best price and availability through various methods including but not restricted to web based sourcing.·Verify vendors have place order in their system.·Track delivery of goods from vendor shipping to customer acceptance.·Verify vendor invoices are accurate, engage vendors and internal cross-functional team to resolve any discrepancies. ·Expedite and process return authorizations from suppliers for damaged or DOA products in a timely manner.·Maintain internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring processing of invoices and credits are within service level agreement.·In charge of inventory: maintaining accurate inventory record; tracking of incoming and outgoing products; shipment of stock items directly to customers; and log waybill numbers for future tracking purposes.
