I am passionate about property investment as a vehicle to build wealth and achieve long term financial freedom.I am an experienced property investor and now help new and aspiring investors build property portfolios to achieve their own financial independence goals.After school I started out working a typical 9-5 office job and was living with my parents.I don't have any sob story or major hardships, but like many normal people I felt bored, uninspired by work, and frustrated at how I was exchanging most of my time Monday to Friday just so that I could enjoy myself on the weekend.I saved for 10 years to afford the deposit on a house, and eventually purchased my first property in 2012.After refurbishing the house and realising how much value was added, I saw an opportunity.Inspired by my mortgage broker who explained that I could take equity from the house to fund more deposits, I began to repeat the process to build a property portfolio.By 2018 my portfolio had grown an additional income stream that provided me with security and confidence to leave my safe job with a good stable salary and take a risk on a new more exciting career path.I moved away from home and began working in London for Property Hub Invest. I had been inspired on my journey by listening to The Property Podcast and the opportunity to work with their founders, Rob Bence and Rob Dix, was very exciting to me.I worked at Property Hub for 4 years from 2018-2021, helping time-poor investors to build hands-off property portfolios with high-end new-build property.At the same time, I continued to learn and build my own portfolio through a variety of strategies:👉 Refurbs👉 BTL's👉 HMO's👉 Off-planBy late 2021 I had grown my property portfolio to a point where it could support my living costs, and in doing so, I had achieved what I set out to with property investment....Freedom and choice over how I spend my time.I left my employed job at Property Hub and in January 2022 set up my own business: Fintentional.My objective with Fintentional is simple....To help new and aspiring investors build property portfolios to achieve their own financial freedom goals.Our clients achieve the following results:👉 clarity on how to achieve their goals👉 improved financial security👉 growing stream of passive income👉 generational wealth for their family👉 greater choice and time freedom
