A client facing role ensuring the full suite of IT services delivered to clients meet the KPI drawn out in client contracts. As part of the Apps cloud and enterprise tower this role is to provide a single point of accountability for the delivery of all IT Services to all accounts which includes: contract Deliverables, customer Satisfaction, service improvements, Mitigation of service risks and issues, reporting of customer satisfaction, and service achievements.This is a 100% service focused role with no line management and is home based.

Provide support to user’s primary located at Capita Head Office (approx 150 users on site) Including VIP support to Capita Board Members and senior managers across all Capita Divisions, also required to support remote customers and the occasional requirement to support multiple sites across the south east. Expertise in supporting a Wintel Desktop Environment. Within the role also i have also developed expert knowlege in supporting Apple OS X, IOS and associated devices, also supported Blackberry Devices, Windows Phone and Android Mobile Devices. Developed support around Apple OS X for the local site, and assisted the development of OS X support for the wider business. Manage and deliver a number of small projects. During my time with Capita I have also led a team of 4 engineers whilst carrying out my engineer role.

Primary a 2nd Line Support “desk visit” role supporting mainly Windows 2000 and XP workstations with Office 2000, XP and 2003, based at Headquarters in Lewis, although often required to go to police stations across Sussex (including Gatwick Airport). Also provided VIP Support to senior officers as part as a 6 month secondment.
