• Preparation of monthly management reports, cash flows, budgets and rolling forecasts in a timely fashion;• Management of daily cash flow requirements within funding levels;• Provision of regular and detailed advice and support to the Managing Director;• Periodic review of company overheads and the implementation of policies, procedures and systems to improve bottom-line profits;• Accountable for the development, implementation and monitoring/reporting of the company’s finance, information, accounting and payroll systems;• Responsible for monitoring the integrity of data processed in to the accounting package;• Performing ad hoc financial analyses and investigations at the request of the management team;• Liaison with external auditors and taxation consultants in the preparation of year end reporting;• Management of the IT network with mainly remote help of external consultants;• Management of a finance team of 3 employees.

As Financial Accountant, I was responsible for the full finance function, management reporting, statutory reporting, cashflow, AP, AR and payroll and managed a team of 4 and reported directly to the General Manager of Operations
