General operations and nursery management of 1,100 acre bare root tree nursery and 200+ employee workforce (key staff of 13 / 5 departments). My focus included product quality, production efficiency, sales goal coordination, budget development & management, human resources, payroll, safety, facilities and equipment management, and large scale project management.

Played lead role in developing business plan, acquiring funds for, and establishing a new Specimen Tree Nursery business. This was a 5 year project that included accomplishments in Business Strategy, Planning, Budgeting, Purchasing, Production, Marketing, and Sales ultimately resulting in a great long-term investment. This business has quadrupled in size and become an aggressively competitive business throughout the entire U.S. marketplace.
