The Service Parts & HFA (Hoses, Fittings & Accessories) Product Manager function is critical to the growth, and profitability of Enerco Group Inc.. The manager must develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the market and near-neighbor categories. This position will also be responsible for the service and support activities related to the development of the Service Organization network.

- Communicates to both internal and external customers via telephone, e-mail and faxcorrespondence.- Assists customers with routine troubleshooting information on products.- Assists purchasing team with service part orders from China factories.- Maintains all service parts activity and reports shortages to purchasing dept.- Maintains all manufactured service parts availability with planning dept.- Manage and oversees all Service Centers.- Maintains all active service parts list on Mr. Heater’s web site.- Assists and maintains service parts pricing for distribution.- Assists engineering team with updating service parts activity.- Gathers technical and performance data on products and maintains database that identifies product performance trends.- Processes and records all Service Center warranty claims for payment.- Processes end-user warranty claims for payment.- Maintains constant contact with Canadian service parts depot.- Recommends correct use of replacement parts and accessories.- Maintains “active¨ phone availability time in accordance with company guidelines. - Issues return authorization in accordance with return policy guidelines.- Communicates routine preventative maintenance steps on products to customers.- Responds to Technical Service departmental voice mail and returns calls to customers within two hours of leaving message.- Communicates with customers on outcome of warranty and repaired heater issues.- Confers with Senior Technical Rep on matters requiring an advanced level of technical knowledge.- Investigates basic shipment and delivery information on orders.- Performs routine data entry related tasks in Intuitive including processing of purchase orders and RMA requests.- Manage High School intern project

- Direct daily reporting to President regarding department operations- Management of Customer Service Team- Procure new national clients (Trade show / Cold call)- Responsible for maintaining new and existing clients (Travel as needed)- Preparation and Review of daily Service Reports for Technician and Corporate follow-up- Daily communication with Customer, Customer Service Representative and Technicians throughout Service Work Order process- Management of multiple-location projects for National Retail Chains- Delegation of daily tasks and assignments- Daily interaction with Outside Sales Team regarding current and potential clients- Interface with Accounting Department for resolution of Billing issues- Research all of the electrical materials (OEM and/or after-market) needed for current jobs and begin bid processes for material quotes.- Prepare “Request for Quote” forms for the appropriate supplier for bidding process.- Negotiate pricing for final bid presentation. - Management of current and competitive pricing schedule.- Responsible for obtaining competitive pricing contracts from large electrical component manufactures (Siemens, GE and Square D) for customer’s new and existing locations.- Secured two national contracts for all service warranty work for electrical ballast replacement programs.
