I have been working in the concrete repair and preservation field on the gulf coast since 1985. I have designed, built and used many specific tools and methods associated with elevated concrete replacement as well as large coating projects in the South.I’ve managed crews or workers, supervisors, and project managers up to 135 concurrent. Also acquiring, negotiating contracts with and overseeing multiple sub contractors along side my main work force.I have built a team of core Personel of over 30 men that have worked side by side with me from 20-30 years.I understand and have I put in payroll, accounts payable/receivables as well as the collections of payment for services rendered.I have many certificates needed for my field from safety to product installation also belonging to numerous societies and organizations in my field of construction. I have been the head of operations for a multi state General Contractor since 1994. I understand and have fluid knowledge in the permitting process both on the engineering side as well as the state and municipalities sides. Also have worked on and overseen construction on a multitude of Government projects both on State and Federal levels.
