Develop and execute clinics to help youth hockey players improve and succeed• Organized and managed youth hockey camps for 10-12-year-old males and females• Created curriculum and schedule• Provided on and off ice skill sessions for players desiring further development• Volunteer time to help run teams and practices for all age levelsS3 Factor Hockey is a summer hockey camp/ clinic ran by former division 1 and professional hockey players. At S3 Factor Hockey we believe in the personalized interaction and dedication between coaches and players for individual player growth. As the director of hockey operations it is my job and goal to lay out weekly plans that cater each individual player. This is important to us as coaches because every player has their own strengths, weaknesses, and goals where we want to help in all three aspects for each player. As a staff we want nothing but to give insight from our past experiences to our players so that they all have the tools on and off the ice to reach the next level.

As a property owner it is my goal to maintain excellent tenants and housing accommodations. I market and manage for all of the properties while also managing income and expenses. I believe in taking care of my tenants with rapid response times with any issues so that they do the same.

Signed a two year NHL entry level contract with the New York Rangers out of college where I spent two years with their minor league affiliate in Hartford.
