A major output from this process was documentation of the “As Is” business processes, including Patient Journey Rich Pictures, Roles and Responsibilities matrix and high-level process documentation.A major responsibility during this project was to manage the data migration processes. This has involved facilitation of data analysis and requirements workshops, and managing the data conversion tasks.
