This has involved facilitation of data analysis and requirements workshops, and managing the data conversion tasks. It included writing Business Cases for the purchase or redevelopment of applications, business process redevelopment and documentation, and project management. This included producing training material and user documentation.Another key component of this role was the relationship management between the Council and application vendors, which included the review and negotiation of Service Level Agreements.
