Provide direct support of client engagements for both intellectual property and competitive analysis programs. This included identify opportunities for customers to monetize their patent portfolios through licensing, litigation and divestiture. Programs included portfolio reviews, target identification, market studies, and the gathering of evidence of use. Campaigns and analysis have included 1000s of products from Automotive Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Batteries, SSDs, Semiconductors and MEMs etc. This has led to a deep understanding of a broad range of reverse engineering techniques in support of circuit analysis, system testing, software analysis and process analysis.Customer engagements have included direct litigation support through depositions and discovery proceedings. Engagements have been support in multiple jurisdiction (Germany, US, UK, China, Japan etc.) as well as in multiple courts (Federal, ITC, PTAB, Bundespatentgericht etc.).

Worked closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management along with experts in automotive, IP Services, logic, memory, images sensing, mobile, IoT and power to understand value and bring products to market. Areas of responsibility include sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, and direct customer support for new and emerging products. Include planning for revenue retention and growth. My primary focus is on understanding customer needs and communicating value.

Was responsible for business development, sales and customer relationships in the Americas. Managed a team of Sr. Consultants and Consultants while reporting to the VP of intellectual property services. Overseeing the development and execution of programs in support of customer intellectual property matters.

Provided intellectual property and competitive intelligence related services to customers of Semiconductor Insights. Included management of business development and customer relations. Focus was on the establishment and execution of intellectual property and competitive intelligence programs. Worked closely with our customers external counsel, in-house counsel, engineering teams, subject matter experts and technical advisors to deliver solutions to support customer business objectives. Directed internal teams on customer requirements, programs and deliverables.
