Managed audit controversies including Foreign Tax Credit issues of Foreign Source Income, E&P calculations and IRC Sec. 78 Gross-up, IRC Sec. 199 (Domestic Production Activities Deductions), Research & Experimentation Tax Credit for various controlled groups, including start-up companies at both the federal and state level, State issues of consolidation, combinations, and unitary positions with various operating entities.
