I have 40 years’ experience in the financial industry, 20 years’ in IT, and 29 years as a business analyst. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, gained from companies in the retail banking, micro lending/credit space, as well as with Africa’s largest stock exchange, and more recently in the Insurance and Mining industries. Of late i have been involved in a number of digital optimisation projects in the internet banking and vehicle asset finance spaces.Aside from tackling my own job with skill and diligence, I am a passionate mentor and coach to younger colleagues. I also participate in and facilitates workshops/discussions, providing input that adds value to the discussion and furthers the initiative objective. I hold a Gibbs MAP Management Diploma, Organisation and Work Study Diploma (Business Analysis) and General Management NQF level 4 diploma, as well as a certification as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, and more recently TOGAF certification, SAFe Agilist and AWS Cloud Practioner.
