Hired as Badgeville's first technical resource outside engineering, I wore a number of cross-functional hats as Badgeville skyrocketed, including developer advocate, sales engineer, and technical architect. Ultimately I formalized the Technical Architect role and hired and managed a team of architects responsible for technically enabling Badgeville customers. I eventually translated my implementation and gamification expertise to architect compelling, practical solution visions for Badgeville prospects.

Served as lead architect for five multi-year, multi-million dollar Vendavo implementations. Directed implementation teams including developer and QA staff. Assisted product management with the design of a "Configurator" application.
