Prepare bids for services, maintain RO/DI system, cooling towers, chillers, waste water systems and hazardous waste disposal.Prepare and equip facility for OSHA auditMaintain boilers and ice chillers per school standards and manufacturer specifications.Maintain operational records for environmental controls such as boilers and chillers.Maintain responsibility for all facility maintenance including HVAC equipment, plumbing and minor electrical repairs.Certify in CPR and a use through the state of Minnesota.Develop an in-house CPR program saving the center an unnecessary yearly expense.Monitor PLC systems troubleshoot and adjust latter logic programming timers, counters, sequencers etc if need.Maintain and problem-solve all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical, tachometers, and encoders, PLC programs.Experience and proficient with CMMS technologies to plan out projects, track productivity, and communicate with club management.Plan, schedule, and track preventative maintenance, work order scheduling, and external contractors using the CMMS tracking system.Repair and troubleshoot systems and complete preventative maintenance.
