CMIOSH PIEMA DipNEBOSH SpDipEMI am an enthusiastic, professional, pragmatic Chartered H&S, Environmental and Quality Professional with extensive experience working with businesses from many industries. I have led multiple teams under varying and often challenging circumstances, to deliver project goals. I am a servant-leader with integrity, professionalism, and respect for others. My objective is to set and communicate clear direction, establishes goals and measure progress, whilst supporting the development and growth of reliable systems and teams. I am customer-focused with an emphasis on long term relationships. As a passionate, authentic and professional leader, I strive for operational excellence by using management systems both dynamically and to their full potential, in order to deliver business efficiency and optimisation. By driving the growth of a positive culture and encouraging people to think ‘outside of the box’, I challenge traditional approaches where necessary and encourage teams to explore new solutions to problems. My extensive knowledge of the structure and application of management systems standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 enables me to identify and dovetail with ever-changing business needs and environments, and utilise these standards to help businesses reach their full operational potential.I firmly believe in plans, systems and processes, but only if they deliver compliance whilst flexing with business needs – they must work for the organisation and not the other way round. Outside of work I enjoy the great outdoors, including walking and cycling. I also enjoy volunteering and have supported the management and delivery of community events in my local area.
